WHAT P.A.N ACCREDITATION COVERS
P.A.N accreditation Provides your organisation with the oversight of a recognised accreditation network, we assess the standards you are working to and if your organisation is up to standard we award you with accredited status.
Having P.A.N accreditation allows your organisation to demonstrate the professional level you are working at offering reassurance to the people you work with and professionals that you are a trusted and assessed organisation.

P.A.N. accreditation is awarded in tiered levels to reflect an organisation’s stage of development and the strength of its practice. Each level confirms compliance with standards, while recognising increasing depth, consistency, and oversight.
Bronze Accreditation
Bronze accreditation confirms that essential baseline standards are in place. This includes core policies and procedures, safeguarding arrangements, defined professional boundaries, and compliance with key legal and information governance requirements. It demonstrates that an organisation is operating safely and responsibly.
Silver Accreditation
Silver accreditation recognises more established and consistent practice. Organisations demonstrate stronger governance, clearer quality assurance, embedded safeguarding and risk management, and evidence of staff competence and ongoing development. Standards are actively applied and monitored.
Gold Accreditation
Gold accreditation represents the highest standard within the P.A.N. framework. It reflects excellence in governance, safeguarding, accountability, and service delivery, supported by robust oversight, reflective practice, and continuous improvement. You receive:
